Guide Fees

OIGA’s standard fees are as below.

A formal quotation will be made by the assigned member.

Tour guide fees / Fee range
Full day (up to 8 hours) 25,000 ~ 35,000 JPY
Half day (up to 4 hours) 20,000 ~ 30,000 JPY

Transfer assistance (from the airport to your hotel)
15,000 JPY ~ for one way

---

Business interpretation
5,000 JPY ~ per 1 hour
The assigned member will make the quotation according to the contents of the meeting/conference/discussion/business visit/training.

*The fees vary based on the assigned member.
*Plus travel expenses for the assigned member (from his/her home to the meeting venue based on the local bus fare/airfare)
*Please note that the above fees DO NOT INCLUDE transportation fee, admission fees to sightseeing places, meals, expressway tolls, and car-parking fees.
An additional 3,000 JPY for each extra hour will be incurred if your tour exceeds the above tour duration.
*Please note that the current Travel Agency Act in Japan does not allow a tour guide to arrange your travel plans such as hotels and transportation means.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 1 day prior to the scheduled tour, you need to pay 80% of the tour fee.。
If you cancel on the tour day, you need to pay 100% of the tour fee.
